Shipping Policy

At Showroom Kit, we aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Processing and shipping may take up to 1–5 business days, and delivery times may be longer during New Zealand public holidays.

Shipping within New Zealand

  • Non-rural addresses: 8 NZD

  • Rural addresses: 11 NZD

You will be prompted to select rural or non-rural delivery at checkout. To confirm whether your address qualifies as rural, please visit NZ Post Address & Postcode Finder.

All orders are sent via Economy Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Shipping to Australia & Worldwide

Shipping to Australian territories is 40 NZD.
Shipping worldwide is 60 NZD.

For Australian and worldwide shipments, Showroom Kit is responsible for shipping the product only. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the shipping carrier or customs upon delivery.

Shipping Limitations

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Returns & Refunds Shipping

When returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy, but we do not cover the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
